Description: Practical
Supermarket 'WorkSafe Check' to be conducted by managers or safety
officers on a regular
basis. The menu selection points allow multiple choices for Hazard, Risk
and Controls. Each menu page provides three hazard fields which can be
used for entry of additional hazards other than those identified in the
program. Notes can be written for each menu page, either in the field or
on the desktop PC. Results are presented for print preview and storage
as HTML files.

Each page and check point has it's guidance support, just a tap on the
'G' away, an example
is shown for Floor Surfaces Entry and Exit Ways.
