Building 'WorkSafe Check' with a practical Safe, Unsafe, Not Applicable
recording system, supported by guidance notes. Designed to be
conducted on a weekly basis on small to medium home construction sites.
It would be expected that most problems be rectified immediately, and
certainly not be evident on the next check. Results conveniently stored
in Excel or HTML, or in databases such as Access, SQL Server and Oracle.

an example is shown below for the Roof Work page, each check point also has
it's guidance support, just one tap away.
